One of the most important parts of a pump system is the controls. An effective controls supplier should understand not only the aspects of the electrical portion of the job, but also the fluid dynamics in how pumps operate to provide flow and pressure to make a system work correctly.
Controls can be as simple as an on-off starter button and as complex as a programmable logic controller (PLC) with color Human Machine Interface (HMI) via a touchscreen controller with communications package.

Retrofit VFD Control Package
The Retrofit VFD Control Package is a kit that replaces old fluid booster controls at a site where the client wishes to keep their existing pumps and convert to new variable speed controls. The Kit includes:
Color Touchscreen Control Panel with variable speed drives (VFD’s) for each pump, and all electronics to control pumps. HP and Voltage is based on existing pump motors.
Stainless Steel check valves with spool pieces (replace old Cla-Val – style pressure reducing valves)
Discharge Pressure Transducer (4-20 mA).

PARAGON
Simplex Pump Control System
The Paragon System is a small (7.5 HP or less) simplex booster pump control system for use in small apartment, condo, office buildings for automatically maintaining building pressure using variable speed technology. The controller includes shutdown feature, a standard alarms package and low suction pressure shutdown/auto restart. The controller allows easy input of the building system pressure (in psi) desired.
(Pronounced sen’ – see – oh) Duplex Pump Control System
The Sencillo System is a high quality duplex booster pump control system with color touchscreen, communications package and enhanced custom graphics for control and maintenance of pumps.
The Vease System is a high quality duplex sump pump control system with color touch screen that operates up to 2 pumps for pumping down a sump. This includes sump, sewage, wastewater, or any fluid that is collected in a tank and needs to be pumped out in a batch fashion. The controller reports the fluid level in the sump on the screen at all times, so you don’t have to open the tank to see the levels. It also allows all on-off-duplex and alarm levels to be set on the screen with the touch of a finger.
